These terms govern your use of Course Student (coursestudent.com) for online private education services. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

1. Description of the service

Course Student is a learning platform offering recorded lessons, live lessons, quizzes and educational materials. It connects students with teachers through a private dashboard. Content, curriculum and schedules are determined by the package and enrollment activated by the Course Student team.

2. Accounts and user responsibility

• Student accounts are generally created or activated by the platform team after agreement and payment. Email verification may be required before access is granted.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and not sharing them with anyone else.
• If the user is a minor, use and payment require a parent or guardian’s supervision and consent.
• Teachers and students must use their accounts only for educational purposes and within their assigned permissions.

3. Packages, payment and refunds

Enrollments and packages are managed by the Course Student team, usually through WhatsApp or direct contact, and are not necessarily purchased through self-service payment on the website. Access is activated after payment is confirmed under the agreement made with the team.

4. Acceptable use

• You must not share your account, password or lesson links with unauthorized persons.
• You must not record, redistribute, sell or publish lessons outside the platform without written permission.
• Misuse of messaging or quizzes, attempted fraud, or any attempt to harm the service or other users is prohibited.

5. Intellectual property

All lessons, videos, materials, quizzes, trademarks and designs are owned by Course Student and/or licensed teachers and are protected by intellectual property laws. Enrollment grants you a personal, non-exclusive right to use the content only while your account remains valid; it does not transfer ownership of the content to you.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to provide a stable service and useful educational content, but we do not guarantee specific academic results or uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the platform is not liable for indirect damages or losses arising from misuse, network outages or third parties such as video or email providers.

7. Termination

The Course Student team may suspend or terminate an account if these terms are breached, a package expires, or the user or guardian requests termination. After termination, access to lessons, live sessions and materials may stop immediately in accordance with the data retention policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
